The City Attorney advises the City in all legal matters and performs any other duties prescribed by the Charter, general law or the Commission. He participates in Commission meetings and workshops and meetings of city boards. Thomas J. Trask, from the firm Frazer, Hubbard, Brandt, Trask & Yacavone L.L.P. Attorneys at Law, is the City Attorney. He was appointed in 2005.
